NCQA is the nations leading athourity in health care certification programs. Every year health care organizations both big and small, new and old, update their certifications for PCMH, PCCC, and others to demonstrate that they are keeping up with the highest standards for healthcare recognition, and they needed an easier way to manage all of their customers, their staff, and evaluators would be able to collectively manage and see what stage of the process each customer is at in the recognition process.
